As I am recovering from my illness I needed to workout today or else I'd be behind. My usual off days are Wednesday and Thursday, so I took Tuesday off and if I did my workouts today, I'd still get Thursday off! So I did my first of 2 workouts this morning (you do 2 workouts on the day before rest days) and plan to do the other tonight. However, I did do the modified version so that helped immensely! I cannot recommend T25 enough. It's amazing for any one!!
