The results are in!
After 5 consecutive days of eating a good diet, drinking shakeology and working out with T25 here are my measurements.
Chest: 34"
Stomach: 32.5"
Hips: 39.5"
Left arm: 11.5"
Right arm: 11.0"
Left thigh: 20.0"
Right thigh: 21.0"
Weight: 138.6
I'm pleased with my progress so far. Lets hope it keeps up!
