Day 3. Crushed it.

I did day 3 of T25 today and although it is intense I feel like I'm seeing results already. It could be because I've cleaned up my diet A LOT. I even skipped potatoes tonight which is my favorite food! The thing I love most about T25 (besides only being 25 minutes) is the fact that they always have a modified move if you feel the one they are doing is too tough. 

The shakeology is amazing. I honestly cannot believe how good it tastes.  Delish.  I'm going to try to skinny up a recipe tomorrow night so I'll share that but my favorite snack to date is a whole wheat sandwich skinny (1 slice) topped with 1 tsp whipped cream cheese and fresh blueberries.  It's amazing and only 89 calories!!!
