Cauliflower pizza..what?

Last night for dinner I made pizza. You're probably thinking how can you eat pizza if you are trying to loose weight?... Well, I made the crust of cauliflower.  It actually wasn't bad! I made 1/2 buffalo chicken for me and 1/2 BBQ chicken for MJ. The worst offender was the cheese and I didn't put a ton on. Who knew buffalo sauce didn't have calories? I NEED to start taking pictures of my workouts and food because let's be honest, this is getting a tad boring! I also have been making "overnight oats." It's great to just wake up and have breakfast ready!!

Today is my day "off" so I'll be at it again tomorrow.  Yay!
